Imagine a traveler Mr. A and two cities viz.B (the departure) & C (the destination) and a train plying between the two.
Now tell what will be the destiny of a traveler A, if instead of targeting for the ultimate goal C, he keen on enjoying the train ride?
Real Motivation is through Work & neither from working environment nor from outcomes of work
